County practices for the men’s and ladies teams take place once a month at David Lloyd Club Poole (indoors) October to April.

Congratulations to our Men's O70s team who won Division 1b to get them through to the Senior County Cup Finals which took place 27th to 29th October in Sheffield where they were up against Kent who proved to be strong opposition and although each rubber was well contested, the final score was 3-0 to Kent.

A fantastic season for the team who won all 5 of their matches to make it to the Finals.
Thank you to all the Captains for all the time and effort put into getting teams out for the matches, some of which are quite a distance to travel, and also to the players for playing and representing the county.
Seniors Tennis competitions are open to all levels of players aged 35 & over.
Competitions run in five-year age gaps and players first become eligible to compete when they are in their 35th year. After that you can move upwards through the five-year age groups, always from the year in which you attain your new age. There are formal competitions you can compete in right up to the 85+ age group.
Seniors Tennis GB manages GB Seniors Circuit Events and organises the National Seniors Inter Club Championships as well as managing British representation in international team events including the Four Nations and the ITF World Team Championships.
