Part of the LTA Inclusion Strategy is to work towards having a coaching workforce that truly reflects our sport and the society of Great Britain.
The LTA Diversity & Inclusion Bursary Scheme aims to remove barriers and support underrepresented audiences in their personal and professional coaching journey, by accessing one-on-one mentoring sessions with an LTA Coach Mentor.
The LTA is particularly interested in receiving applications from over 18 and Accredited coaches, who are part of any or all of the following communities:
- Disabled people
- Females
- Ethnically diverse
