CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday evening (23 March) all tennis facilities and courts should be closed, and tennis coaching and activity should be put on hold with immediate effect.  All LTA staged and LTA approved competitions (grade 1 to 6) have been cancelled up to 31st May 2020.
All county organised tennis activity has been suspended until further notice which includes the Dorset Doubles League and County Training.  With regard to the Dorset Doubles League, decisions will be made on both the winter and summer leagues once it is known when matches can be resumed.
The LTA website is being constantly updated  both with their advice and guidance and with that of the Government.  It also has lots of useful information for venues, coaches, tennis players etc, links below and a Feedback form for venues, coaches and anyone involved in tennis to let them know how the Coronavirus has impacted them or their organisation.  More info below.
