Dorset Men’s County Cup Battle

The Dorset Men’s County Cup Team travelled to Southampton where they were up against Hampshire & Isle of Wight, South Wales and Derbyshire.
After a slow start, the Team went on to beat H&IoW on the Friday and with a convincing win on the Saturday v Derbyshire they had all to play for on the Sunday v South Wales who in all ties had already won after the 6 singles matches.  Dorset battled hard but were defeated by the strong South Wales team and finished second.
