Our County Performance Coaches, Debbie and Rob, have been out and about this week visiting coaches and clubs gaining a better understanding of club programmes and activities, what is going well, challenges being faced and updating on available support and mentoring around programmes, players, and the county tennis pathway.
With 10 clubs visited, it’s been a great week of connecting with coaches and volunteers with some inspiring stories, always uplifting to see first hand all that is happening in Dorset clubs providing tennis opportunities for all. Our thanks to all the coaches and clubs for your hospitality and welcome.
A top priority this year is to build relationships with clubs and coaches with the aim of growing the club/coach network as well as seeing how we can help/support. We are looking forward to visiting as many venues and coaches as possible over the coming months.
